S-litter - 8 weeks old
The four little girls are now getting big enough to go on short outings every day. They are still not entirely happy about having their freedom of movement restricted by a collar and leash, but they are getting better and better with each passing day.
The week began with a trip to the vet for their health check and first vaccination. They were wonderfully curious from the moment we stepped into the clinic. They sniffed around, greeted everyone, were weighed, and received a thorough examination from the vet before having to endure the rather unpopular injection.

By the time the first two puppies had finished their examination and vaccination, they were tired and settled down for a nap while the last two were examined and vaccinated.
The week has brought lovely summer weather, so the puppies have spent a lot of time outdoors during the day. They either enjoy playing:

The four little princesses also visited Maxi Zoo for the first time—and it was a huge success! There was so much for them to explore (especially the pick-and-mix treat bins, which were a big favourite), and they also got to meet the sweetest little 4-month-old Dachshund puppy.

They go on short walks around the local neighbourhood every day:
But when you're only 8 weeks old, you also need plenty of rest:

Preferably in new and exciting places, like this toy box. As soon as the first puppy had made herself comfortable, puppy number two quickly joined her. And when those two got up, two more puppies took their place.

It's certainly not always the most expensive toys that are the biggest favourites. In this case, it was simply a cardboard box that became their favourite toy.
