R-litter - 5 weeks old
So our little boy has a name!
Let's introduce Il Cagnolino Raphaello:
The development is going strong right now, and Raphaello has experienced a lot of new things. For the time of year, the weather has been mild and nice, so we took advantage of the nice weather with some walks in the garden. While Raphaello is very young, we take his familiar bed/base with him around, and here are his very first steps out into the garden:

He has really enjoyed coming out and experiencing the garden - not least all the new smells he has been interested in (a little later he will also start to bite/taste leaves, branches, etc.).

He also greets the other adults in the family daily - here together with Auntie Othilia - checking out for a potential milk bar :)
Raphaello is at this age taken around the different rooms in the house in order to experience new surroundings. Here is the living room, where he and Paloma go exploring. He is still carried around and put down on the floor in the new room - at that age he is still too small to be able to find his way around - so "far" from home base (= the kitchen).

One of the days with bad weather, he tried his first drive. Just a very short trip and with a visit to the local orchard. He did just fine!
