L-litter - 5 weeks old

Now turned 5 weeks old and the two little girls are just getting more and more cute! They have now been integrated in the pack of adults and are starting to know who is who. The two youngest adults are more than eager to play, their grandmother wants to adopt them as her own puppies - and their great grandmother is better left alone when curled up under a blanket :o)
The puppy teeth have not yet been fully developed, but they for sure do train how to use them when ever awake :o) They experience the whole world by “tasting” and biting. Their sight is now developed so much that they can see and follow an object in motion. Here a small video of the girls “chasing” a little mechanical bug for the first time:

The car training continues, but so far always sitting on a cosy and warm lap. We have, however, started to introduce them to a transport box. For some weeks they can use the transport box freely as a comfortable "cave", and the opening is never closed. During the day time they drag more and more toys into the cave and in the evening the majority of toys have been collected into the transport box. In this way they learn that the transport box is a nice and relaxing place, which make it so much easier to have them with us as adults on i.e. car drives and visiting family and friends.
After food and playtime it is time to sleep, and it is the most wonderful feeling when they one by one curl up in your lap. A true pleasure.
